Remedy Method


You need four things which I mention above. It tells you about the right quantity of these things which you can use. It depends on the water amount which you have to take. Here I am going to take 4 glasses of water(1 liter).
  1. Water = 4 Glass
  2. cucumber = 2 medium size
  3. Lemon = 4 medium size 
  4. Mint leaves = 10 fresh and washed

Method

Now, first of all, wash lemon and cucumber, and mint leaves with fresh water. 
Now cut them into thin slices. Take four glasses of water in a jug and mix these slices in water and mint leaves. Remember one thing don't cut the mint leaves. You have to add the same as it Otherwise the leaves lose their benefits.
Benefits of Detox water

Now, everybody knows about the benefits of this detox because I have already mentioned all benefits of these ingredients. You may gain all the above benefits with the use of this detox water. It is used especially for reducing fatness. This will give you the result in 2 or 3 weeks. It is my personal experience. I used it for a maximum of one month only and everyone gave me good compliments like " you are looking smart, how you can lose your weight, your skin is going to fair," etc.
Now, I know that everyone thinks about the time when we should drink this detox water. I tell you about the questions which are raised in your mind then I answer them.

How much this detox should I drink? 

If you are overweight, can use a double quantity of water and ingredients in a day. After one hour drink one glass and after dealing must drink it. If you lose only your belly fat, you can follow the same ingredients.

May I place it in the refrigerator?

No, You don't place it in the refrigerator. You can leave it only at room temperature.

How long time should I leave all these ingredients in water?

You can leave them in water for more than 24 hours after that all ingredients start to become bitter and change their color.

Can I take medicine while using this?

Actually, I am not a doctor. But I think you can use normal medicine like pain killer during use because I have also taken it during this. But I suggest you should consult your doctor ALWZAYS.

Some people have some problems and side effects from drinking this detox water. But I didn't face any side effects. I gained only good effects. But If you are going to use this detox,  I suggest you that when you feel any side effects like acne problems or anything else plz should avoid it pr may consult your doctor.
